- This event will be outdoors in a wheelchair accessible park space.
- The nearest accessible and gender-neutral bathrooms are located across the street at the main branch of the Halifax Public Library.
- Limited folding chairs will be provided in workshop spaces.
- Childcare will be available.
- We encourage a scent-free environment
- There will be limited shade, we recommend bringing sunscreen, a sun hat and plenty of water
- We ask that participants stay at home if they are sick and mask if appropriate
- We will make hand sanitizer available
